- ✦Hỏi: Where’s the library? ⇒ Đáp: It’s on the ground floor.
- ✦Hỏi đường: Could you tell me the way to the gym? ⇒ Go upstairs / Go downstairs / Go along … / Go past …
- ✦❌ tầng 2 = second floor. ✅ tầng 2 = first floor (ground floor là tầng 1 của mình).

Đáp
He / She likes reading books. · Because he / she thinks it’s interesting.
Bẫy hay gặp
- ✦he / she / tên một người ⇒ động từ thêm s: like → likes, think → thinks. I / you / we / they ⇒ giữ nguyên.
- ✦Câu hỏi có does thì động từ KHÔNG thêm s: What does he like? (không viết "does he likes").
- ✦Sau like dùng V-ing: likes playing games, likes doing projects.

- ✦Hỏi đồ của ai: Whose pencil case is this? ⇒ It’s Mai’s. (thêm ’s sau tên người)
- ✦Trọng âm: a●bove, be●side (âm 2) · ●under, ●pencil, ●crayon (âm 1).

- ✦"My brother and I" là HAI người ⇒ were, không phải was.

Bẫy hay gặp
- ✦Có did / didn’t thì động từ quay về dạng gốc: Did they go? They didn’t go. (không viết "didn’t went")
- ✦Chỉ câu kể mới dùng went: They went to Bai Dinh Pagoda.
- ✦Đuôi -ed: /ɪd/ sau t, d (visited, planted) · /t/ sau âm "gió" (watched, walked) · /d/ còn lại (played, listened).
- ✦Trọng âm tháng: No●vember, De●cember, Oc●tober (âm 2).
